Sydney mentioned the benefit of creating our own blog for indexing purposes and update it frequently. How frequent must a blog be updated for spiders to crawl at least daily?

The more you blog the better. However 2-3 times a week seems to work. The more material the spiders find that changes the more they want to come back.
