I am wondering if I can get some input from the group. I received an e-mail from a supplier to whom I sent an inquiry e-mail. His response was, "What does your company do?". How do I answer that? Any input from the group would be most appreciated.

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond! We are an online reseller. My company,(company name) is currently expanding, and we are very interested in the products that you have to offer. Any information that you could provide would be most helpful.

Nikki is right -- always mention that you do online sales, you're a reseller and that you're looking to expand with their product.
