Scheduler / Project Management tool for our Tier C?

Hi!

I'm working on my 2nd Tier C site now.
I reckon that when I reach five or more, my hand will begin to get so full that I soon need a system to keep everything in place.

Here are some details that I think its important to keep track:

-Niche category
-Website Name
-When to submit the article
-Article Status (in progress, completed, queue, submitted)
-Next Action Step
-Daily Profit

Anyone has created a system in Excel or some sort that is willing to share? :)
