1. Do we still need to submit our articles to article sites like ezinearticles.com?
2. Can you give us example of a valid entry to your blog?
1. You don't need to submit articles to ezinearticles to get indexed, but one link is NOT going to get you very high in the SEs. At least, not unless your keyword phrase is so obscure that nobody at all is optimizing for it. So, yes, you need other links to get high SE position and therefore traffic that will click on your AS keywords.
2. Here is an example of an entry I wrote just for the purpose of speeding up the SEs location of a folder on my home site:

The same day that I wrote this entry, I noticed the Google spider had dropped by the page mentioned in that entry. It's that easy - although it isn't always the same day. But it's always fairly quick.
