How will this work? Will we give you a topic or do we give you multiple topics?

In terms of your paid service, I'm assuming that if I give you 5 topics and only 1 of them turns out to be good enough for a site, that I'm paying you for all 5. Right?

You just need to give me a topic like alcoholism, baby food, etc.
I will then find the ideal keywords for you.
Each member will get their first report for free.
Which means if you give me 5 topics,
The first will be free and the other 4 are chargeable.

Why not you we start with 1 topic and we take it from there? :)
